Position: Senior Sales Executive


   - Vadodara, Gujarat

   - Hyderabad, Telangana

   - Thane, Maharashtra



  • Focus on generating new leads for design & detailed engineering + process automation projects. (Rockwell Automation DCS/PLC Control Systems)

  • Develop relationships with Consultants, Process OEM’s and End Users to support their projects.

  • Leverage network and contacts to explore business opportunities, identifying target accounts, generate prospect funnel, handle the sales cycle, map accounts etc.

  • Create a plan to address the automation market & execute it to achieve revenue targets.



  • Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation / Industrial / Electronics)

  • 3 to 5 years experience in Industrial Automation sector - Sales (Engineering Services/ Automation Projects/Sensors & Instruments) with a good track record of achieving sales targets.


Ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in sales or project management in engineering services including cold calling, meeting with clients, and making sales presentations.

  • Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

  • Experience across the entire sales cycle.

  • Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven.
