Position: Senior Sales Executive

Focus on generating new leads for design & detailed engineering + process automation projects. (Rockwell Automation DCS/PLC Control Systems)
Develop relationships with Consultants, Process OEM’s and End Users to support their projects.
Leverage network and contacts to explore business opportunities, identifying target accounts, generate prospect funnel, handle the sales cycle, map accounts etc.
Create a plan to address the automation market & execute it to achieve revenue targets.
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation / Industrial / Electronics)
3 to 5 years experience in Industrial Automation sector - Sales (Engineering Services/ Automation Projects/Sensors & Instruments) with a good track record of achieving sales targets.
Ideal candidate will have:
Experience in sales or project management in engineering services including cold calling, meeting with clients, and making sales presentations.
Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Experience across the entire sales cycle.
Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven.
